Hey all, I'm Cam and I'm just getting into the Richmond, VA wholesale game. I have been doing a tremendous amount of learning and trying to find a good program to join. But... I am curious if I should just jump right in and start sending out mailers, driving for dollars, etc... Any thoughts or advice would be forever appreciated.
