What do I do next?
I'm located in Maryland. My friend is a mail man. He gave me a list of vacated houses. I looked the addresses up on sdat to verify if the primary and mailing address are the same. My question is what should be my next step? I was going to write a letter to the owners of the properties and see if there interested in selling their properties. Its a total of 15 owners. I do have a mentor to go to if I get a response. I'm waiting to get a part time job so I can have extra money to do a proper marketing campaign. My interview isn't until the 26th of this month. I just got tired of waiting and not doing anything.
