Wholesaling in the UK

Hi, my name is Max and I am from the United Kingdom. I have tried to do some research on the internet trying to find out if wholesaling property in the UK is: 1) legal? 2) is it any different from wholesaling in America However, i cannot find a clear answer to both questions. I understand the basics on how to wholesale property. However, all of the videos and research i have done were american. Nothing was from the UK which makes me wonder if it is even legal here and if so how would you go about it? I would love for some advice as i cannot find anything out, thanks!
