Joint Venture on Wholesaling deals in Atlanta Georgia market
Greetings,
I am fairly new to the wholesaling side of REI and had a great niche at finding vacant properties with high equity. I would love to partner with a couple of wholesalers in the Atlanta market so that I could learn some more from real life situations. I would love to work with you. I am new to BiggerPockets so I hope my request is not out of line. But I did hear it on a podcast with Nasar that joint ventures were smart.
