Prepping for 1st meeting w real estate attorney

I have my first meeting next week with a real estate attorney. Naturally I will be asking lots of questions, but want input from you guys in case I am missing something. What do I need to make sure and ask/understand?... do you know of a forum/thread/post you can direct me to?
