Ok say I get a property under contract. Then I find someone to purchase the contract. Would I have access to the property to show the end buyer or do I have to let the seller show him the property? And how do I stay in control of the situation without things getting weird. Forgive me if my terminology isn't correct. Any input on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
I think it depends on the contract. In your purchase contract, you consider including a clause that allows the buyer and/or the buyer's agents to enter the property during the term of the agreement with reasonable notice to the occupants (if any). That would give you the ability to show the property to prospective purchasers.
