6 months ago I went to one of those seminars. I sat in there for 3 days and ended up buying the materials $2,000 worth. In there they had contracts drawn up already for you to use. I'm interested in seeing if anyone could look over these and see if I'm able to use them in the state of Alabama, Being that they are from California. There's also some things on there that I don't understand and the book or DVD does not explain. But we are eager to get started but want to make sure we have the right contracts.
Also I hear a lot of people talk about contracts drawn up from attorneys. How do we go about doing that? Is there anyone who will mentor lol through this. We are just very eager.
