Wholesaling commercial land?

Hi everyone!  I am in Tampa, FL 

I am fairly new to wholesaling and I had listened to a podcast about land real estate and followed the directions and mailed out some yellow letters.  Lo and behold I got call today! Lol! 

Anyways, any suggestions would be appreciated!  From finding buyers interested and placing a proper value offer.  I am going to go back to and listen to the podcast because I know it had some info on these items but it is nice to hear from the local group.
