Where can I find a Purchase and Sales agreement?

Can anyone from Michigan point me in the direction of a Purchase and Sales agreement that is standardized to the laws and states of the State of Michigan? I have my first deal in sight and want to make sure I am legally protected!

Did a quick google search "michigan purchase and sales agreement" and the first hit was a sample agreement

I would recommend speaking with lawyer or real estate agent in your area to help as well!
