Hi there to all Investors,

I am seeking info, ebooks, friendly advice on Wholesaling High End Properties which are from $500K and up to the $3MM mark. From any investors whom have had experience with wholesaling high end homes please put your hand up and I would greatly appreciate your valuable time in giving me some friendly advice.

My question is:  What type of earnest money deposit will 'me' the wholesaler have to put down to secure the deal with a motivated seller of a home which is over $500K and reaching to $3MM?
