Opinions on ListSource?

I am looking for leads on potential deals, and ListSource has been recommended to me by multiple experienced wholesalers. First and foremost, is this a truly effective method for finding leads? If so, what criteria should I be using?

The criteria depends on what type of properties you're looking for but if you're wholesaling ONLY you want homes with High equity (60%+) that have been owned for 10 or more years. vacant properties are a great way to start if you're wholesaling Single Family Homes (SFH's) you could also Wholesale Multi-units, don't limit yourself.

Also, Try Fiverr.com we got a list put together for 50 bucks a few months ago and closed a deal, netted around 9k. If you have any other questions or need more Details PM me.
