bank owned properties and vacant lots
Thank You to the people who answered my last question. I was just wondering with bank owned real estate sites, are those foreclosures considered REOs. Are they a little difficult to wholesale especially for a beginner. Also are vacant lots and other forms of land good ways to wholesale. :D
