Tax Delinquent List Question
Hello Group. I am working the Tax Delinquent list in my area. I noticed that a lot of the 2 year delinquent's have paid their taxes in order to avoid sale of the property. I would like to know should I still send these property owners a yellow letter even though their taxes were just paid.
