Where To Find Cash Buyers For Vacant Land For Wholesale Deal

Hi, I am new to wholesaling but I know of this piece of land not too far from me which is 6560 square feet. It could be used for a parking lot or even to build upon. The seller wants to sell it to pay other business bills so I know I can get it for cheaper than his asking price. I also know that it is in an area that is kind of busy. There are stores nearby, a Social Security building, etc. I would say it is in the hood, but not so hood. I could definitely see a multi family house or something built on there. Would I be able to wholesale this and if so, where do I start to find a buyer.

You ever try to list it on LandWatch.com. I get lots of cash buyers off of there on vacant land. For terms I get buyers off of Craigslist.

Mine are residential though so that might not apply to a parking lot property.

If you get it cheap enough ebay moves vacant land. The price might not be very nice though.
