I just sent out 100 letters to absentee owners to try and wholesale their property. Anyone have success wholesaling absentee owners?
If you end up with a bunch of properties with no equity, you may want to narrow it down to absentee owners who own their property free and clear, or have owned at least 10 years, or something like that. Disgruntled landlords are a great target these days...
