Broward County Delinquen Tax List

I recently downloaded the Delinquen tax list for Broward County. 

I am not totally sure how to use the information to my advantage. 

What should I be doing with the list? How should I be scrubbing in conjunction with the Broward County Property appraiser site?

Any help of feedback would be greatly appreciated.
