WHAT i do next after sign the contracts

I am new in the Real estate Wholesale market.

and I have some new Leads but I need to find out after we agree to the purchasing prices with the seller and sign the contracts, what is the next step?

do I open escrow if I don't have a buyer?

or find a buyer to open escrow?
