Homeowners MIA
I've run into a house in the Boise market that is vacant. I've looked up the owner on the assessor's web site and it only has the address of the current house. Any tips of how to find where the owner could be? I haven't talked to neighbors yet, that was my next move. But what if they don't know anything? Any way to get a letter to them or a phone number? The house has signs for a preservation company that winterized it, but the company says no sales info or renting info. Any thoughts?
