What contracts does a wholesaler need ?

Hello Everyone

First of all I really am sorry if someone has already make this question before I just checked on the search bar but in my phone is not that good to check list by list...

so the question above !!

I want to be wholesaling while working on my rentals goals but I want to know what contracts, paperwork, entity do I need to be wholesaling ?

Im located in Orlando Florida area so if anyone can help it does not matter where you are from any help is good

Hello David, 

As far as contracts, all you really need is a standard purchase and sale agreement and an assignment on contract.
