Building a R.E team of professionals in the NY/NJ area

Hello everyone!

My name is Quinn and I am a real estate wholesaler. I am having trouble finding a wholesaler-friendly realtor to help find good properties for my buyers that I have lined up. It seems like the realtors I came across are petrified when I mention the word "wholesale" and don't like making money.

So my question to everyone is...where are the knowledgeable realtors?? I just need for the realtor to show me undervalued properties and hopefully we would be able to build a long and profitable relationship. Looking forward to hearing from you all.
