hello again bp! I was curious if any probate investors out there have any experience with courthouses that only allow you to search by name? since i am trying to get a list, i do not have this information and would like to be able to search by date filed. in my county (collin county) this isnt a problem. i can go up to the court house and simply pull the files because they allow me to search by date filed. however many other surrounding counties such as tarrant denton and rockwall counties have all mentioned that they do not allow or have to ability to search by simply the date filed. anyone have experience with this? these are great areas i want to put some money into for marketing however i am not sure what to do when i cant pull the leads. would love some insight!
