Inspection Period.

If i have a property under contract with an inspection period of say 15 days does that mean I have to find a buyer before the inspection period is up so that he/she can inspect?

If I can't find a buyer within a 15 day inspection period does this mean I can't assign the contract? 

Why doesn't any of the "guru's" talk about issues like this? They make the process seem so smooth and easy which is obviously BS.
