Random, think i found a house, just want to connect the dots.

Ok,

Im a home health Physical therapist and have the opportunity to cruise through many neighborhoods a day and think i have found a home that may benefit a whole sale specialist. In fact this was a house of a patient of mine previously and i saw them cleaning out their garage. They said they were contemplating moving to Arizona. This house is in Mission Viejo, NEEDS CLEANING (i was in it), 3 bedroom, probably 1600 sqft decent backyard with trailer entrance corner lot.

I was casual, i didn't ask specifics, but hours later i wondered if this is a opportunity. SO BP, who should i contact to help connect the dots for this possible deal? Perhaps a whole saling individual can take the lead and keep me in the loop of the process.
