Dealing with Trust and Estates
Hello Bigger Pockets community. I'm taking my dive into wholesaling as I've promised myself. Lately I have been doing some driving for dollars and coming across a lot of trust and estates. My question is,as a beginner should I deal with these type of properties or pass on them.
