What do the numbers look like.
Looking for any wholesalers who are willing to share some of there numbers.
Numbers like...
Average calls returned per number of sent mailers.
Close rate vs number of calls.
Rate of return and/or average deal amount
If anyone would be willing to share it'd be awesome. I want to get a sense for what kind of numbers I should be aiming for to actually turn a profit from my investing/time.
