Does anyone have a formal letter for backing out of an assignment as the ASSIGNOR in the event that the ASSIGNEE breaches? For example, if your assignment requires that they open escrow with a title agency and deposit assignment fee within 48 hours and they fail to do so.

Good question!  We do not have one, but I'm sure it wouldn't be too difficult to draft one up.
