Getting under contract
I have seen different ways wholesalers do contracts and I wanted to know how you do them or what's the best way. I've seen contracts where you give the home owner a $10 payment, but then I saw that people take the contract to a title co and pay them. Which is the best way? Last question is who pays for a title search?
