Hey everyone , I'm still doing research on how to wholesale and I'm just still confused on the title search. Once I get a contract is that the point where I get a title search done? Is the money for the search due at the time of the search or at closing? Also I hear people using earnest money and others that don't. Any insights would be great. Thanks
