I have been working my regular 9-5 in south jersey for the past couples weeks now. I come across a lot of vacant properties that I usually write down but new jersey isn't my market. So If there are any wholesalers or investors targeting new jersey who may need a birddog, contact me. I will be happy to work with you

Keyan Reed sorry if I took your post somewhat off track and hopefully I didn't inhibit you trying to find some people to pass along properties you find. I may contact you soon for those properties you find now that I have some new ways to find the owners of the properties.
