Hello everyone, 

My name is Jacob, I am originally from Maine but am now in Fort Myers, Fl for school. I am EXTREMELY interested in real estate, I have been from a very young age, and really want to learn everything there is to know. I am currently very interested in wholesaling, especially due to my lack of funds being a college student and all. I feel as though it is a good place to start and has the potential to grow, just looking for other, maybe, more experienced people's input on the topic as well as other topics. I am very new to real estate and BP but eager to learn, try and connect.

I realize this was posted 4 years ago, but I have some questions to ask and I'm hoping you are still on this forum. I am 18 years and in college in the Fort Myers area just like you said you were in this post. I am also very interested in wholesale and have been researching nonstop. I would love to get in touch with you 4 years later and see how you have done since you posted this.
