Due Diligence when wholesaling question

I am curiousto if you personally do you due diligence if your selling as is.  Does the buyer do their due diligence if buying as is and how you allow the buyer to do their due diligence  if you are wholesaling?

@Darrius Singleton The buyer should do their due diligence but that's up to them. If you want to be in the game longer than a couple of months as a wholesaler than it's best to buy properties knowing what a buyer is looking for and in the price range where it works for their numbers with a little left over for you. Learn to do that and it won't be too hard to find a buyer and they'll most likely be happy to buy from you again.
