Bird Dog Laws Kansas, Florida

Does anyone know of the bird-dog laws in Kansas and Florida? For instance if I was hiring bird-dogs to get paid on a compensation basis if the deal gets closed.

I know here in WA it's not allowed. Plus being a WA real estate agent makes even more restrictions.
