Assignment of purchase and sale agreement

This is hopefully my first 2 deals, they are happening at the same time. I have received the assignment contracts both with hefty assignment fees to the tune of 28,680.00 this is a California single family rehab. This is to be electronically wired to escrow for assignment fee of 18,680.00 to a properties holding corporation and 10,000 as the wholesaler fee. Does this seem common place in the real estate investment world. Don't want to screw up my first 2 deals the second property is about the same different corporation and title company. HELP I flipped 3 houses in 2006-2008 but it was a different world. Ready to jump back in just need some feedback here.

STOP!! Do not wire anything to a partisan company. If there is any wire to be sent, you need to send to your title company to be held till closing. You can forward the wholesaler and escrow corp the receipt of funds from title Co. believe none of what you hear and half of what you see. Best of luck!
