Hi my name is Ramal and I'm from DC. I'm looking to learn as much as possible about wholesale real estate deals in DC and Maryland and this is my first post on this GREAT site. How can a wholesaler make money when the owner owes back taxes and specifically thousands of dollars in back taxes?
