New investor looking for as much info as i can get.
Hello I'm Kiera Mackins and I'm a 22 year old young woman who is trying to get started. I need to learn and start investing in wholesale real estate or flipping notes I believe it's called as well. I don't have thousands of dollars to spend and also don't have much to offer. I need someone who is experienced to literally walk me by the hand, the reason I'm asking is because I read and read and I'm not quite getting the concept because I can't yet envision the process unless I'm actively doing it. I'm a whats called a aesthetic learner I learn on the move in action. Please whoever is familiar with note flipping contracts and making profit off it being the middleman I really appreciate. I don't mind giving my number /email to whoever that may be able to help. I only would need you for my first several deals teach me what free legal documents to print out etc. Thank you much for reading
