Hey @Tom Doherty,

I'd recommend checking out our local REIA group, Diversified Investor Group (they have both a Chester County and Delaware County subgroup, as well as a main meeting) and Delco Property Investors (DPI). Plenty of wholesalers that know the area at both meetings!
