Contracts for Houses & Apartments

Hello!

I've recently come across a great deal for a 4-flat apartment. I haven't wholesale flipped an apartment building before and I'm not sure if I need a new Purchase Agreement that is specifically for apartment buildings. Will my normal Purchase Agreement Contract be okay to use for this deal?
