60,90 Day Late AKA Pre Foreclosure Mailing Lists

Hey all- I've been mailing these lists for the last year, but looking for new provider.

What are the best prices you've seen for 60,90 day late/pre foreclosure lists?

The best I've been able to find so far is .22c/name but big min order- 2500

Has anyone been able to find any list brokers with comparable prices but lower min order? If so, would be great if you'd be willing to share the name.

Beyond price I'm assuming all these lists from various brokers will be fairly similar- has that been your experience?
