Wholesaling attorney question

I am working on my first wholesale deal. I have a seller who is ready to sign the contract and move on with the process. But he wants to use his own attorney to close.

My question is, is it still possible to do this deal with his attorney if he is not familiar with wholesaling? Or If i do a double close, can I purchase the property with his attorney using transactional funding and just sell it to my end buyer at a title company of my choice?

Thanks for the help
