Co-wholesaling Help Needed.

Hi BP community,

Never done a Co-wholesale. I am helping someone who has had trouble selling a lot. I have met the other wholesalers minimum on the deal, but haven't disclosed the amount that I am adding when selling to my buyer (I have two that are interested). Any suggestions on what contract I should use, should I tell the other wholesaler what I will be making, and how should I approach the 2 buyers in telling them, that I am interested in going with the highest offer.

I would appreciate any feedback.

Franco
