Trouble finding off-market deals in Miami,FL
Hello my fellow investors!
Seeking help from others who are successfully wholesailing off-market deals in Miami. My husband and I are looking for properties to rehab but my marketing doesn't seem to be helping.
I've sent about 5 direct mail campaigns and placed bandit signs, only to recieve one call from an owner who wanted us to take her off our DM list.
Anyone find a marketing method that works well here in Miami? Where are my fellow wholesalers sailers in this city?

@Valeria Valdes I'm currently sending out about 8-10k mail pieces per month. On average I do about 5-6 deals per month. This month so far I have 8 deals in escrow.
