I would assume a RE attorney is a must for drafting contracts with sellers. And you would most likely want to consult with a CPA in terms of creating a business entity and how to shelter as much of your earnings as possible. Becoming friendly with a trusted title company could be helpful too. Is there anyone else I'm leaving out?

Good REO agents with lots of cheap properties, is all you need in this market. :)

A great escrow officer, title or closing attorney (depending what your state uses) are also very important.
