How does someone start wholesaling?

Hey everyone,  I want to start wholesaling and have a few questions.

Where do you find REI networking events?

Should I develop a businesses entity prior to starting?

What marketing campaigns have you found most beneficial?

Where can I find a mentor for guidance?

Any other tips and tricks would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance for any views and replies!

Hello,

Why do you want to wholesale is the #1 question? Answering this and working backwards from your goal, helps direct your next move. Wholesale what type of property is #2? Owners/buyers of SFHs are different than owners/buyers of multi family/commercial. What is your niche? Same thing with the other questions. All depends on your plans. Provide some goals/plans for better advice?

Few QQQQQuick tips (Brandon and Josh voice):

1) Check your local Board of Realtors, EventBrite, BP, etc.

2) If you are doing 20 deals a month yes. Wholesaling 1-3 deals start, NO.

3) Direct Mail. Driving for Dollars! Cold Calls

4) Local ReIA. BP

5)Learning how to analyze deals. Once you find a good deal, finding a buyer is easy.

Good Luck!
