missing any steps?

i have been study everyone's posts for about a month now and have just got my first deal under way. i have 3 properties under contract for a total of $90,000. i have an end buyer bringing me earnest money deposit of $1500 and signing a sells contract for the properties at $120,000. Am i missing any other steps beside getting paid?

Congratulations... When this deal gets done you will have a great success and what a way to start.

Make sure you control the process. This means your title company, making sure the buyer gets the financing (this is the most critical one), I would make that deposit non-refundable.

Don't let more then 3 - 4 days go by without checking up on the buyer.
