A Question About Mailing the Delinquent Property Tax List

Hello BP Family,

When mailing yellow letters to property tax delinquent folks, what's good rule of thumb? I mean, as a rule of thumb, about how much property tax debt should someone be in before I mail them? Thanks!

There is no website that I know of.  Property tax in my area starts around $500 a year and up.  So when I get a delinquent tax list I only mail to people that are delinquent greater than $2000.  This rules allows me to cover people that are delinquent greater than 2 years. Hope that helps.
