Eviction List Look Up?

I've heard that it finding landlords that are going through evictions can lead to good deals for wholesalers, my question is how you find information like that, like information on active evictions? I tried to google it but I only get links on "how to see if someone has been evicted" If anyone has done this and had success I'd appreciate the input/help. Thanks.
