Wholesaling mentor/advice wanted

Hello,

I'm looking for a wholesale mentor. Before you roll your eyes i'm not your typical investor.

About me:

  • I am a licensed(and have companies that provide) insurance,mortgage,real estate,construction
  • I manage 500+ properties
  • I own 40+ units
  • I have no problem with financing/funding
  • I buy 3-5 properties a year.
  • Have wholesaled deals before so understand the actual process.
  • I'm from the Boston area(but willing to learn from an out of state wholesaler)
  • I have a large staff that can help with administrative aspects

I'm looking to increase the amount of properties that I buy as well as the inventory of properties for my buyers(which I have a lot of). I have read hundreds of books,blogs,podcasts, done mailouts (with some degree of success). I would like to learn/speak from someone who has had continual success so I can really see the nuts and bolts of creating a successful wholesaling business, so I can make the wholesaling a on going process of my real estate division. If you are willing to speak/mentor me I would be greatly appreciated and will help you out however I can.
