Getting into turnkey/wholesale

Hi I'm new to biggerpockets. Been working in real estate for about a year with a company as a leasing agent. I want to start my own obtaining houses and have some of my own properties to sell as wholesale/turnkey houses. Hope to eventually then be able to take start a portfolio of rentals Looking for an advice. I live in MS. Advice with contracts, lending etc would be much appreciated Thanks Mikey
