Is it Possible to be the wholesaler and lender on property?
Hello, first post here. I'm a mortgage loan originator and I'm looking to start wholesaling. I know that Agents are not allowed to wholesale but I'm curious if the same applies to Loan Orignators. I'm thinking it would be a good way to make a nice chunk of money. If you've done this before please let me know!
