What's your average % of ARV when acquiring off market deals?

Question for any investors actively marketing for off market deals. What's the average percent of the after repair value you're consistently able to lock in a deal? 

Example
ARV: $100,000
Accepted Offer: $55,000
% of ARV: 55%
